PluS1 Home kits introduces the Architecturally designed Chill Out design which is Just that a chill out ADU design with everything you need in a 1 Bedroom with a double opening on the left and front side and a 3 foot overhang roof, which is a great cover for you, with a 2 way entrance into the bathroom, big enough to fit a little washing machine and dryer and call this home or as a rental/BNB ADU in the back of your home. The Steel frame structure, which you are purchasing only (along with other inclusions and options as listed below), does not include pricing for finishings including doors, windows, electrical, plumbing and other finishes, however, it has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required. The Tiny Home DIY system and Pre-assembled Framing Kit designed for easy assembly on your own concrete slab. With an upgrade option to raise it above the ground by adding a floor system and deck. The Chill out offers 281.68 sq ft of total living area. This offers the ultimate engineered design for EXTREME weather conditions and to meet your locations building codes.

This model is designed to be constructed on a concrete foundation, with no deck option.

This estimate / materials list will help you to work out the cost of finishing your home.
