This model is designed to be constructed on a concrete slab with no deck option, the deck, and a flooring system is an upgrade option.

*There are no finishes included with the steel frame kit. It is a steel frame structure and the components to construct the steel frame structure and instructions, your steel frame building kit is composed of prefabricated & pre-assembled sections of walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs, all made out of steel, with provisions of rough opening for your windows and doors that can be assembled at the building site: a panelized house, building skeleton.
