PLUS 1 Homes Introduces the Getaway Pad (540 sq ft) This is the ultimate getaway pad, with an external staircase that leads up to an entertainment area on the rooftop. The rooftop entertainment space has an open area of 453.54 sq ft with an extra area for an option to have a bathroom, sink, and BBQ (which can be secured). The lower level has a living area with space for a small kitchen along the wall. It has 1 bedroom with a closet and full-size bathroom. *Staircase not included, but can be purchased from The Home Depot.
