Deluxe View includes a 2 Car Garage (524.77 sq ft ) with a total combined area of 1254.32 sq ft.

Tradition stick-built homes begin with a lumber frame. Our frames are steel. Once you have your steel frame erected, you can begin to finish your home with your materials.

*The Steel frame structure does not come with doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, or finishes. It has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required such as electrical and plumbing. An open living plan is highly flexible, with two different ways of positioning the house for your entry. This design is for construction on a concrete slab foundation. (It takes about 6 days to construct the building skeleton. You can request a floor system and deck upgrade option, which allows homeowners to raise the house on stilts.)

Take-off List Provided: Due to variations in personal styles, the material and scope of the work list can be provided at an extra cost. This estimate/materials list will help you to work out the cost of finishing your home. Simply take your list to your Local Home Depot store and their helpful customer service team will provide you with a more accurate price for you based on your location and personal requirements.
