The PLUS 1 Home kits introduces the Sunny Side steel frame kit. Ideal for large families.  It has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required, such as electricity wires and plumbing. Designed with a standard floor plan (for construction on a concrete slab foundation), the home features a master bedroom with a walk in bathroom and two medium -sized bedrooms, each having its own built-in closets near the two bathrooms for quick access. Note: The Steel frame structure does not come with doors, windows, electrical, plumbing and finishes.

The other end of the home spans into a large open kitchen, dining, and living area that can be customized and furnished to make each section look unique and separated from the rest. The extra space adjoining the bedrooms can be used as a shoe or linen closet or for storage/laundry.

We also supply preliminary plans, on request, you can show to your local building authorities to get approval for the home before you purchase our PLUS 1 Home kit. After you purchase, our engineer will prepare, the structural engineering plans and calculations for your home, and production, to meet all the building code requirements for your location, before your steel frame structure is delivered
