The Bungalow Luxury by Well Done 1 Home Kits, an open-living plan of 1147.84 sq ft, includes the enclosed loft as the master bedroom, with its own closet and bathroom * takes about 7  days to construct the building skeleton, this model is highly adaptable, durable, and strong. The Steel frame structure, which you are purchasing only, does not come with doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, and finishes, it has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required, including, A large kitchen space that paves the way for creativity and customization in the form of a separated kitchen and dining area that can be made possible through islands and other practical kitchen furniture. The three-bedroom is designed with attached bathrooms placed on opposite sides of the home and loft, each having its own closets and medium-sized bathrooms. One bathroom features extra space for your laundry with some storage space to help complete day-to-day chores quickly and efficiently. The house is designed to be constructed on a concrete slab foundation.
