The PLUS 1® Home Kits introduces the Chateau, a three-bedroom and two-bathroom space that’s built for medium-sized families looking to construct an affordable yet modern home. The Steel frame structure, which you are purchasing only, does not come with doors, windows, electrical, plumbing and finishes, it has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required, including Provisions for , at one end of the house rests a large open kitchen, dining, and laundry area that can be decorated and personalized to suit your needs. The Chateau is for construction on a concrete slab foundation, with options available. * takes about 5 to 7 days to construct the building skeleton.

Among the bedrooms is a large master bedroom with a full-size bathroom, good floor space, and a built-in closet, allowing ample room for additional furniture like a vanity, coffee table, or bookshelf. Adjacent to the master bedroom’s bathroom is the second bathroom that can be easily accessed from anywhere in the home. While the home accommodates two additional, mid-sized bedrooms, users can choose to switch it into a home office, home gym, meditation space, or a children’s play area.

Included in Your Purchase: When you purchase a PLuS1® home steel kit, it’s inclusive of the delivery at your location, with a stamped certificate by a professional engineer, architectural structural plans and calculations that meet your location’s building codes, with the calculations , includes the house load bearings, which will give assistance for your foundation requirements, for your engineer , who is taking care of your foundation needs .You will also receive , the  pre-assembled numbered panels and the brackets/fittings along with assembling instructions to help you construct your structure. Please note that any permits required for your home are not included in your purchase.

We also supply preliminary plans, on request, you can show to your local building authorities to get approval for the home before you purchase our PLuS1® home kit. After you purchase, our engineer will prepare, the structural engineering plans and calculations for your home, and production, to meet all the building code requirements for your location, before your Steel frame structure is delivered
