The Dreamwood, by Well Done 1 Homes, is the perfect choice for medium or large-sized families looking to enjoy a comfortable and spacious environment. The Steel frame structure does not come with doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, or finishes, it has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required, including provisions for,  electrical, and plumbing, this steel frame kit follows a contemporary design, consisting of 3 bedrooms or 2 bedroom with an office, two and a half bathrooms, and a huge open living, dining, and kitchen area. The 9 ft ceiling, by default, washes the home with natural light, but chandeliers and statement fixtures can also be used to enhance and light the space at night. The Dreamwood is for construction on a concrete slab foundation. (takes about 5 to 7 days to construct the building skeleton).

The Steel frame structure does not include pricing for finishes including doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, and other finishes, however, it has allowances in the steel frame structure design for all elements required, including provisions for an open living plan. This design is for construction on a concrete slab foundation (takes about 4 days to construct the building skeleton).

Take-off List Provided: Due to variations in personal styles, the material and scope of the work list can be provided at an extra cost. This estimate/materials list will help you to work out the cost of finishing your home. Simply take your list to your Local Home Depot store and their helpful customer service team will provide you with a more accurate price for you based on your location and personal requirements.
