Well Done 1 Homes introduces The Stylish Manhattan Small Space, architecturally designed to provide extra-space outside of your home for personal use. This Pre-assembled framing kit is designed for easy assembly on your own concrete slab.
The Steel frame structure does not come with doors, windows, electrical, and finishes.
The modern Well Done 1 Manhattan Small Space frame kit is designed for many uses including (but not limited to), home office, home music studio, tool space, study room or your choice of personal space. These small spaces are a blank canvas and you are the creator of that small space. We can’t wait to see what you use it for!
CUSTOMIZATIONS AND PERMITS
Are you wanting to customize your backyard steel frame kit? We can assist in any changes before you order from the Home Depot. Check with your local building authorities to find out what size structure you can build without any permit requirements. You can print the attached prelim plans and take them with you. Some locations allow up to 200ft without a permit. If this is the case, we can customize to any size, with additional costs and it can still be bought through The Home Depot as a special order. Check out the prelim plans for the layout and photos renders for ideas.
BEFORE YOU BUY:
Download the Prelim plans and check with your local authority to inquire about permits or changes. Many states don’t require a permit if the structure is less than 200 sq feet, some states less than 150 sq feet.
